Guangzhou Yue Zhi Xiu Health Consulting Co., Ltd. (“Yue Zhi Xiu”) was established in April 2018 by the Guangzhou Yuexiu Health Care Industry Investment Holding Co., Ltd. with 100% equity interest. Yue Zhi Xiu is mainly engaged in the business of training, home care, domestic and overseas talent transfer, and actively carries out international exchanges and cooperation. Currently, it has established a cooperative relationship with Benesse, the second largest elderly care group in Japan. The training adheres to the concept of "reshaping the life of the elderly and creating a better life together", adopts the teaching system of Benesse, teaches the "self- dependent" caring technique to provide the elderly with safety, a peace of mind, pain-free and fear-free care, while utilizing scientific ergonomic principles to protect employees.
Focusing on the development goals of elderly care enterprises and the development needs of the industry, Yue Zhi Xiu devotes itself to train a group of professional and skilled personnel with service philosophy. At present, it has implemented a new apprenticeship system, actively promoting the vocational skill pilot work in Guangdong Province.
